SkyBlue Cinematix (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the entertainment-marketing arm of SkyBlue Group. We operate the website at skybluecinematix.com and a public AI connector (an MCP server) at skybluecinematix.com/mcp. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. Questions? We collect the details you choose to submit through our website forms or the AI connector’s enquiry tool: your name, email address, phone number, company, the country your enquiry relates to, and your message. You do not need to create an account to use the website or the connector. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, route it to the appropriate regional team, and follow up about the products and services you asked about. Submissions are recorded in the internal customer-relationship-management (CRM) system operated by SkyBlue Group.
When you add our connector to an AI assistant (such as Claude or ChatGPT) and submit an enquiry, the details you provide are sent to us through the same secure channel as our website forms. The AI assistant you use is operated by a third party under its own privacy policy — we receive only the enquiry details you choose to send. Simply browsing the connector’s information tools (FAQs, projects, markets and services) does not send us any personal data.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only within SkyBlue Group, with the service providers who help us operate our systems, and where required by law.
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your request and for legitimate business follow-up, after which we delete or anonymise them.
Our website uses only essential functionality and does not run third-party advertising trackers.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data you have submitted to us. Email info@skybluegroup.com and we will action reasonable requests in line with applicable law.
